a Happy story with a sad ending...

Firstly i want to apologize for not posting for two weeks but i was in Germany on my exchange, my exchange partner just so happen to be one of my best friends, my twin, Marielle Gras. Posting will now resume as normal

I arrived at Frankfurt airport very skeptical about her family, I mean no one can match up to the Van Zyls but as I got there i felt so welcomed by the family and it felt like no time has passed since i saw Marielle.

After a half a hour drive we arrived in her hometown Ingelheim. I am not gonna spend time writing how beautiful her town is... (the picture will explain that)... instead i want to express my love for my second family and second home country.

Germany is just beautiful and I know i will definitely spend a year of my life living there.

Marielle and her family are one of the greatest people i have ever met. they were there for me when i needed them and they created so many memories for me. i hope one day to repay them for everything they have done for me.

In one of my previous posts i mentioned my friend Robyn would be having high tea at the Oyster Box Hotel for Sweet 16. 

One word = W O W

The food was amazing. we all ate sooooooo much, it is actually ridiculous. When we went and got food and when we got back to our seat the waiter would pull out our chairs and as we sat they pushed it back in, then he gently placed our serviette on our lap. I felt like Royalty. I had three different pots of tea: Vanilla, Earl Grey and Green Tea. We could even order any fruit juices that we wanted to.

Thank you Robyn for making all of us feel like Princesses when it was actually your birthday

It was Jen's sweet sixteen dinner, what fun it was...

All the girls rocked up at her house and took a partybus/taxi to NewsCafe at theee Village. Yours truly made the CD, it was just Skrillex. Gosh I love it. We had dinner and then a group of us played a friendly game of Spin The Bottle. Oh my... It was a night that certainly proved that we don't need alcohol to have fun because it was honestly so much fun.
